04. Media Captured During Shoots

Because our core services involve photography and video production, we may capture images or footage of Clients, their staff, guests, or the public present at a shoot (e.g. weddings, events, corporate shoots). This content is used strictly for the purpose agreed with the Client at booking.

Individuals appearing in a shoot who have concerns about their image or footage being used should raise this directly with the Client who commissioned the shoot, or contact us using the details below.

05. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

With crew members, freelance collaborators, or vendors directly involved in delivering your project (e.g. editors, retouchers, location partners), under an expectation of confidentiality.
With payment processors, solely to complete transactions.

06. Data Storage & Security

Personal and project information is stored on secure cloud storage and local systems accessible only to authorised team members.
