01. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the RBSH Pixel website (rbshpixel.com) and all services booked through it, including video production, photography, brand and ad campaigns, and related creative content. RBSH Pixel is a production house based in Greater Noida, operating as a service of RBSH Studio.

By submitting a booking form, signing a project agreement, or making a payment to RBSH Pixel, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02. Services Covered

RBSH Pixel provides the following categories of work, as listed on our website:

Product Photography
Fashion & Lifestyle Photography
Food & Hospitality Photography
Architecture & Interiors Photography
Brand & Ad Campaigns
Corporate Photography
Events & Live Coverage
Weddings, Family & Personal Celebrations
Studio Production, Video & Specialty Shoots (including music videos, short films, VFX/SFX, and video editing)

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and crew for any project are confirmed in writing (via booking form, email, or a signed quote/agreement) before work begins. Verbal discussions alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

03. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the Client submits the required details (service type, budget range, date, and project brief) and RBSH Pixel issues a written confirmation.
For single-day shoots, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. For larger productions involving scripting, storyboarding, or multiple shoot days, please book 3–4 weeks in advance.
RBSH Pixel reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside our capacity, expertise, or scheduling availability.

04. Payment Terms

An advance payment (as agreed per project, typically 40–50% of the total quoted amount) is required to lock in the shoot date and begin pre-production.
The balance payment is due on delivery of the final edited output, or as per the milestone schedule agreed in the project quote.
Prices vary by project scope, crew size, equipment, location, and turnaround time, and are quoted individually — the budget ranges on our contact form are indicative, not fixed pricing.
Any additional requests outside the originally agreed scope (extra locations, extra shoot days, additional revision rounds beyond what was agreed, rush delivery) will be billed separately.
Delayed payments may result in delayed delivery of final files, and RBSH Pixel is not liable for any downstream impact of such delays.

05. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp) as early as possible.
Advance payments already made are non-refundable once pre-production work (crew booking, location scouting, equipment reservation, scripting) has started, as these costs are incurred on the Client’s behalf.
Rescheduling is subject to crew and studio availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date wherever possible. Last-minute reschedules may incur a rebooking fee.
If RBSH Pixel needs to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (crew illness, equipment failure, extreme weather for outdoor shoots, etc.), we will offer the next available date at no additional cost to the Client.

06. Deliverables & Revisions

Final deliverables (edited photographs, video files, or finished production) will be provided within the timeline agreed at the time of booking. Timelines depend on project scale and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Raw, unedited footage or images are not part of standard deliverables unless specifically agreed and paid for in advance.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the project quote. Revisions beyond this scope, or revisions requested after final sign-off, may be chargeable.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Files are typically retained on our systems for a limited period post-delivery — Clients should back up their final files upon receipt.

07. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Once full payment is received, the Client is granted usage rights to the final deliverables for the purpose agreed at booking (e.g. marketing, social media, personal use, or commercial campaign use).
RBSH Pixel retains ownership of raw footage, unused takes, and source project files, and the right to use final deliverables in our own portfolio, website, social media, and promotional material — unless the Client has explicitly requested confidentiality in writing (common for unreleased brand campaigns, films, or personal events).
Client-provided material (logos, brand assets, scripts, music, products) remains the Client’s property. The Client confirms they hold the rights to any material they provide for use in the project.
RBSH Pixel is not responsible for third-party copyright issues arising from music, brand assets, or content supplied by the Client.

08. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and access to required locations, products, or personnel needed for the shoot.
Ensure any necessary permissions (location permits, model releases, third-party consents) are secured, unless RBSH Pixel has explicitly agreed to arrange these as part of the project scope.
Be present or designate a decision-maker on shoot days for real-time approvals, to avoid delays or reshoots.

09. Liability

RBSH Pixel will exercise professional care in executing every project, but is not liable for outcomes affected by factors outside our control — including weather, venue restrictions, technical failure of third-party equipment, or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
RBSH Pixel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, loss of opportunity, or reputational impact linked to the use of delivered content.

10. Force Majeure

RBSH Pixel shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, power or internet outages, or public health emergencies. In such cases, timelines will be revised in good faith and communicated to the Client.

11. Changes to These Terms

RBSH Pixel may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided by RBSH Pixel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
